Four main features: an Ambient Scribe (live microphone recording with real-time WebSocket transcription and clinical fact extraction), Clinical Decision Support (questionnaire-based assessments with manual, voice-assisted, and live AI modes), Document Generation (SOAP notes, H&P, progress notes from extracted facts), and an Embedded Assistant (Corti's AI assistant via iframe with seamless token provisioning).
