The core loop: a vet records a consultation, Corti transcribes and extracts clinical facts in real-time, then workflow agents auto-generate SOAP notes, prescriptions, discharge instructions, referral letters, lab requests, and follow-up plans. No manual form-filling.

The standout feature is the Owner Companion — a shareable public link (no login required) where pet owners can ask an AI follow-up questions about their visit. Powered by Claude, it references the vet's actual instructions, never contradicts them, and escalates to emergency if symptoms sound urgent.

Multi-tenant architecture with Clerk auth, Convex for real-time data, and Stripe billing with tiered plans (Solo, Practice, Multi-Location).
